Each individual is different with how his/her body adapts and responds to exercise. Our goal, as your personal trainer, is to educate you about your body. We will teach you to move and exercise properly by incorporating functional fitness and proper breathing techniques.
Having a positive outlook on life (in general) and when you train is essential to good mental health. In 1988, while teaching in Trenton, NJ, I came up with a phrase to help students believe in themselves. Since that day in 1988, I have been using and teaching the phrase "I Can and I Will".
Simple and effective, "I Can and I Will" is a powerful statement that allows you to believe in yourself unconditionally. The challenge that lies before you is irrelevant. The belief in yourself is immeasurable. This is a motto we have now instilled in thousands of students and hundreds of clients. We hope you choose to believe in yourself the way we do.
